I Read A Desperate Man!
What I like is the author's writing!
This book was so interesting I couldn't put it down. My favorite part was where the first Norrell floated down to Doctor Stacey and left him a rose, after his failed suicide attempt when the bullet jammed. That gave me goose bumps. And when the poor second Norrell wrote her no...te at the end, that was sure sad. Poor creature. How she kept saying that she didn't ask to be there and that she was just an experiment and only DNA and all. She even figured out a way to protect her "husband" even after she was executed. I guess that answered the question that the real Norrell had about clones being "malicious". Maybe clones just can't help it and some little tiny thing goes haywire, proving that we are not gods and should leave the creating to the real Creator.
